How to Apply

Any management employee of a company member of EPIC can request a half hour video meeting with an EPIC mentor. If you are not sure if your company is member, please check on www.epic-assoc.com/membership/epic-members

1. Identify topics you would like to discuss and select mentors
2. Send an email to info@epic-assoc.com with a brief description of the topics you would like to discuss, with whom, and suggest 3 slots when you would be available (use Central European Timezone). Include your complete contact details: name, job title, company, address, email, and mobile phone number.
3. EPIC will coordinate the timing of the video call, and provide the video link. EPIC staff will join at the beginning of the call to ensure you are all setup and then leave you to discuss in private.
4. The meeting should not last longer than 30 minutes, after the meeting a confidential evaluation will be sent to both parties.

The purpose of the programme is mentorship, not sales or other commercial activity. Any abuse or non-respect of the rules should be reported to the primary contact of the company and to EPIC directly. A company may use the EPIC Mentorship Programme up to 10 times per year.
